Mercurcap launches crowdfunding via its online portal

Invest money in an environmentally friendly way with Mercurcap and advance the energy revolution: Interested citizens from all over Germany now have the opportunity to invest in a solar park. The three PV roof systems are located in the Oder-Spree and Märkisch-Oberland districts of Brandenburg. The yield is 3.50% with a term of seven years.

The federal government will aim to phase out lignite by 2038. Thus a further large step is done toward energy turnaround! Nevertheless, the question of the expansion of alternative energy sources arises. Solar energy plays a decisive role here as a climate- and environmentally friendly energy supplier: on the one hand, because neither greenhouse gases nor noise or fine dust are released, on the other hand, because the Renewable Energies Act (EEG) 2017 and its amendment promote the tender-free construction of solar parks with a nominal output of up to 750 kWp at a fixed statutory feed-in tariff.

The conditions for public participation are as follows: Within the framework of a prospectus-free swarm financing (the so-called “crowdfunding”), interested persons can apply for a subordinated loan of EUR 500 or more to FEH Solarpark 38 GmbH & Co. KG in the form of a subordinated loan. The maximum investment amount is EUR 10,000. The term of the investment is seven years with an interest rate of 3.50% p.a. Repayment will take place in several stages (five times 10% and once 50%) and is due at maturity on 31.12.2025. The issue volume is EUR 220,000.

The investment can only be subscribed to at www.mercurcap.de.
