Into the green future
with photovoltaics!
Ground mounted
Ground mounted offer enormous potential for generating clean energy. By expanding photovoltaics on such areas, we can generate large quantities of renewable energy. Many negative impacts can be minimised in advance by choosing sites and designing photovoltaic systems in an environmentally friendly way.
Which ground mounted spaces can be used?
From a nature conservation perspective, areas such as motorways, landfill sites and conversion areas with a high degree of sealing or contamination are suitable. Former military or industrial sites are also suitable areas due to their large size and often contamination-related prohibitions on use.
Environmentally friendly and future-orientated
Our ground-mounted photovoltaic systems are not only environmentally friendly, but also extremely efficient. Solar energy is an inexhaustible resource, and by using state-of-the-art technologies we maximise the energy yield and thus actively contribute to reducing CO2-emissions. This not only means clean energy for today, but also for future generations.
Economic benefits for landowners
The expansion of photovoltaics on ground mounted not only brings ecological but also economic benefits for you as a landowner. We guarantee you profitable utilisation of your land through long-term lease income. We bear the costs and risks of planning and authorisation as well as the construction and operation of the system over the entire term.
Our expertise
With many years of experience and expertise in the field of renewable energies, we are proud to be pioneers in the development and implementation of ground-mounted photovoltaic projects. Our dedicated team works to create innovative solutions to make the energy supply more sustainable.
The advantages at a glance
- Secure income from leasing your land
- Rational utilisation of fallow land
- As the owner, you do not have to worry about anything and do not bear any risks
- We guarantee the fastest possible and reliable implementation of the projects
- You contribute to climate protection and biodiversity
- We create regional added value by awarding contracts to local companies
If you own an area of
more than 2 hectares...
why not lease it out for the construction of solar parks?
In 5 steps to leasing land
Checking the eligibility for approval of a PV system: After inspecting the required property data, we check whether a solar park can be built on the land you are offering. Naturally, the regional plan and existing protected areas are taken into account.
Signing the lease agreement: Once we have received positive feedback from the site inspection, we will discuss the lease agreement with you, which regulates the purpose of use, the duration of the agreement, the land register entry and the terms of the lease payment. The lease initially runs for 20 years. Optionally, the contract can be extended twice for a further five years each time.
Application for land-use planning: Depending on the location, the construction of the photovoltaic system may require the approval of your local authority. We will present the planned project and initiate the urban land-use planning procedure if approval is granted. In this multi-stage process, the interests of the public and public agencies such as nature conservation authorities are also taken into account. If no land-use planning procedure is required due to the privileged status of ground-mounted PV systems along motorways and railways, an application for planning permission is submitted. Experience has shown that the planning and authorisation procedure takes several months. We take care of all that! There are no costs for you!
Submitting the grid enquiry: As the electricity generated by the PV system is to be fed into the public grid, a feed-in enquiry must be submitted to the responsible grid operator and the nearest grid feed-in point must be determined.
Planning permission and realisation of the PV system: As soon as the decision on the articles of association and the planning permission are available, we will start construction. And you will receive the first lease payment for your plot when construction begins!
